The project is located in District Kolhapur & Sindhudurg, Maharashtra. It will comprise upper and lower reservoirs, each formed by a concrete gravity dam. The upper reservoir is located in Kolhapur District, while the lower reservoir is located in Sindhudurg District. DPR preparation is currently under progress.
